This feeding frenzy market of the past several years was based on getting people who NEVER should have even gotten the credit to get a home from the set-up of banks, real-estate agents, escrow companies…who very much needed to keep that snout in the cash trough…and the “flippers” who drove the prices to astronomical levels. They say you “get” what you deserve…
