Kansas faces demand for cuts in social services Topeka, Kan. (AP) – Advocates for people with disabilities have sued the Supreme Court Kansas by cuts in social services. In a lawsuit filed Friday, supporters of asking the court to spend almost $ 10 million in cuts in services for the mental disabilities made by Governor Mark Parkinson and legislators.
