Should I move to Maui (Hawaii) or not?

I'm 29yrs old and gay. Currently I am friends with an older man I met while I used to be a male escort (only a few months and only him). I guess you could call my sugar daddy. However, recently entered billion and wants to buy a golf season. He wants me to manage the whole thing. Golf course, restaurant, hotel and spa. I'm ready for the challenge.
