Charlotte NC Real Estate Myers Park

Under the canopy of historic Myers Park boulevards the birds tweet and travel corridors. This is where the elite Charlotte NC roots planted many years ago, and those who move live (or pine to live today). The houses are here, settle in a nest of harmony between the suburbs and expanding outward. Pleasant, accessible, however, exclusive to become enveloped by the best of the old and the best of new.

For the most part, money has helped usher in the new. Casual ease with her unique style brings calm feeling of this neighborhood. The estate the size of the lots have houses signing a setback distance of its shaded boulevards.

The houses were not up to snuff, have been replaced by new housing that are designed to blend with its neighbors. Many homes eloquent grace for its architectural beauty enhanced by the natural beauty that surrounds them. As you might expect, some of these original Myers Park homes have been registered as local, state and / or National Historic properties.

Speaking to some of the owners original, now in the 80's, you might be surprised to know that Myers Park was once considered as output in the country. Today is the closest of the best Charlotte neighborhoods. Populated by doctors, lawyers and politicians … and after them, left few that I remember as one of the first "suburbs" of Charlotte. The dirt roads and all!

The magnificent stately oak trees are the setting for this neighborhood. In the days of old dirt roads, these trees oak were drug mules to guide men on foot. The same trees are some of Charlotte's most precious assets. They are majestic, are magnificent. During the ice storm occasionally, found in 'list of concerns. "

Well, if you are lucky enough to be conducting its future Charlotte Real estate in Myers Park neighborhood, what kind of services will have to? For the most part, you have the freedom Park. This is a magnet for enthusiasts the city that long for the outdoors.

Charlotte's Freedom Park is largest and prettiest parks (our mini Central Park). It has a central lake surrounded a sidewalk, natural undulating terrain (with a large hill, in particular, large lawn seats at a concert / movie night!) Pass the suspension bridge to connect to Museum of Nature and Little Sugar Creek Greenway (part of our park system in general). The Greenway will take you along and over the stream, than in liquidation wildlife and Charlotte real (not the human species!). Freedom Park also has some basic elements: a playground, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball, tennis and basketball, and the old train station so humbly children crawling all! Planning events and festivals are sprinkled thoughout year. However, it is a good bet for any day of the week, and within walking distance for those living in the homes of the exclusive neighborhood of Charlotte Myers Park.

Moreover running through the paths of Freedom Park Boulevard East is not at it's edge, with shops, restaurants and cultural delights. More presents? A Queens University College …. It is a liberal arts college with professional studies. The University is in the heart of the historic district. It was founded in 1857 as a liberal arts college of women. Looking back, it would suggest that Charlotte has always been a visionary city. Fortunately, it remains today.
