I want to know if the real estate investment deals are to be trusted?

I saved some money while working abroad and have found some companies advertising on craigslist. I would run due diligence on them and to see if their offers are reliable. One is in Florida, and these condos sell. I have sent emails to some lawyers to ask them if they be willing to check out. However, I have received no response at all. The other is in Georgia. Advertising is for members of credit. One co-signs the mortgage or something and made a profit after a certain time. I have run both through BBB, but have not shown no record of them. I emailed and they said simply that there are members of BBB, but have tax identification number and are registered with the Secretary of State. How do I perform due diligence on both of these companies? Where should a look at their records, business history, complaints against them, and so willing to do that? Your answer will be appreciated, Sincerely,

The real estate market in Florida is full of people Scummy more than happy to sell an overpriced property. Dangerous market right now, be extremely careful. A client of mine got into an agreement where by the time the house was built, which already had more than $ 75,000 worth. The matter of Georgia is probably in fact illegal. "The partners of credit" sounds like a nice name for "straw buyer". You buy property, cash, a promise to rent or make payments, but you never see a dime. Vas multiple executions to end. This is an investment rather scary, actually. Proceed with extreme caution. And I firmly believe that the two options just mentioned will cost tens of thousands of dollars lost.
