federal real estate tax credit
Getting a tax levy delivered?
I had a federal IRS audit for 1982 and spent 10 years fighting against him and won. But the state of California continues to believe that they ow something and more than 10 years ago which showed a tax lein on me .. I can not buy real estate (including outside state), as it is still on my credit report. How I can solve this problem.
Do you mean that California believes that you should California? Or that the assessor's office believes that you owe the IRS? In the latter case, it is a matter of getting a presentation from the IRS saying that the embargo has been fired and get to the assessor's office. In the first case, then you need to start fighting or pay so far as federal decisions have nothing to do with the responsibility of state taxes.
